महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-37, verse-17

अनिर्जित्य रणे सर्वानेतान्पुरुषसत्तमान् ।
अशक्यो ह्यसहायेन हन्तुं दुर्योधनस्त्वया ॥१७॥
17. anirjitya raṇe sarvānetānpuruṣasattamān ,
aśakyo hyasahāyena hantuṁ duryodhanastvayā.

aśakyaḥ hi asahāyena hantuṃ duryodhanaḥ tvayā
17. Indeed, it is impossible for you, unaided, to kill Duryodhana without first conquering all these excellent men in battle.
