महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-37, verse-27

गृहाणेमां मया प्रोक्तां सिद्धिं मूर्तिमतीमिव ।
विद्यां प्रतिस्मृतिं नाम प्रपन्नाय ब्रवीमि ते ।
यामवाप्य महाबाहुरर्जुनः साधयिष्यति ॥२७॥
27. gṛhāṇemāṁ mayā proktāṁ siddhiṁ mūrtimatīmiva ,
vidyāṁ pratismṛtiṁ nāma prapannāya bravīmi te ,
yāmavāpya mahābāhurarjunaḥ sādhayiṣyati.
27. gṛhāṇa imām mayā proktām siddhim
mūrtimatīm iva vidyām pratismṛtim
nāma prapannāya bravīmi te yām
avāpya mahābāhuḥ arjunaḥ sādhayiṣyati
27. Accept this teaching (vidyā) named Pratismṛti, which I have revealed, and which is like an embodied accomplishment (siddhi). I impart it to you who have sought refuge. Having obtained it, the mighty-armed Arjuna will achieve his purpose.
