महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-38, verse-35

ततः प्रक्षीयमाणेषु तेष्वण्डेष्वण्डजोऽपरः ।
अशङ्कत महाप्राज्ञस्तं कदाचिद्ददर्श ह ॥३५॥
35. tataḥ prakṣīyamāṇeṣu teṣvaṇḍeṣvaṇḍajo'paraḥ ,
aśaṅkata mahāprājñastaṁ kadāciddadarśa ha.
35. tataḥ prakṣīyamāṇeṣu teṣu aṇḍeṣu aṇḍajaḥ aparaḥ
aśaṅkata mahāprājñaḥ tam kadācit dadarśa ha
35. Then, as those eggs were perishing, another very wise bird (aṇḍaja) became suspicious, and indeed, he saw him (the wicked swan) one day.
