महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-38, verse-14

इति सन्तोऽनुशासन्ति सज्जना धर्मिणः सदा ।
भीष्म लोके हि तत्सर्वं वितथं त्वयि दृश्यते ॥१४॥
14. iti santo'nuśāsanti sajjanā dharmiṇaḥ sadā ,
bhīṣma loke hi tatsarvaṁ vitathaṁ tvayi dṛśyate.
14. iti santaḥ anuśāsanti sajjanāḥ dharmiṇaḥ sadā
bhīṣma loke hi tat sarvam vitatham tvayi dṛśyate
14. Thus, saints, good people, and those who uphold natural law (dharma) always give instruction. Yet, O Bhishma, all of that (teaching) appears false in your case in this world.
