34. brahmacaryasya tu guṇāñśṛṇu me vasudhādhipa ,
ā janmamaraṇādyastu brahmacārī bhavediha ,
na tasya kiṁcidaprāpyamiti viddhi janādhipa.

34.
But hear from me, O protector of the earth, the virtues of continence (brahmacarya). Whoever observes continence (brahmacarya) here from birth until death—understand, O lord of men, that nothing is unattainable for him.
