Many are valiant in philosophical inquiry (sāṃkhya), and others are valiant in spiritual discipline (yoga). Also, those who are valiant in forest dwelling, in household life, and in honoring guests – all these attain the higher worlds, which they have won through the fruits of their own actions (karma).
