महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-74, verse-33

दमः सत्यफलावाप्तिरुक्ता सर्वात्मना मया ।
असंशयं विनीतात्मा सर्वः स्वर्गे महीयते ॥३३॥
33. damaḥ satyaphalāvāptiruktā sarvātmanā mayā ,
asaṁśayaṁ vinītātmā sarvaḥ svarge mahīyate.

33. Self-control, which is the attainment of the fruit of truth, has been declared by me with all my being. Undoubtedly, every disciplined soul is glorified in heaven.
