एष चेष्टयते सम्यक्प्राणिनः सम्यगायतः ।
असम्यगायतो भूयश्चेष्टते विकृतो नृषु ॥३०॥

30. eṣa ceṣṭayate samyakprāṇinaḥ samyagāyataḥ ,
asamyagāyato bhūyaśceṣṭate vikṛto nṛṣu.

asamyak āyataḥ bhūyaḥ ceṣṭate vikṛtaḥ nṛṣu

30. eṣaḥ samyak āyataḥ prāṇinaḥ samyak ceṣṭayate
asamyak āyataḥ bhūyaḥ nṛṣu vikṛtaḥ ceṣṭate

30. This (Vāyu), when properly controlled, causes living beings (prāṇin) to move correctly. And when he is not properly controlled, he moves again among people in a distorted way.
