योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-18, verse-46

सस्थैर्याण्यपि सततं क्षणक्षयाणि व्यक्ताक्षाण्यपि सततं निमीलितानि ।
सालोकान्यपि परितस्तमोवृतानि चिद्रूपार्णवलहरीविवर्तनानि ॥ ४६ ॥

46. Even possessing stability, they are ever-perishing in an instant. Even with manifest senses, they are perpetually closed. Even though luminous, they are entirely enveloped in darkness. These are the ceaseless transformations, like waves, of the ocean of pure consciousness (cit-rūpa).
