yathā khasamaḥ manomayāḥ prāṇāḥ khavātaiḥ uhyante,

Just as the vital breaths (prāṇa), which are mental (manomaya) and akin to space (kha), are carried by the cosmic winds (khavāta), so indeed are these worlds (jagat) and their constituent parts also carried.
