स्मृतिश्च संभवत्येव न कदाचन काचन ।
एषा लौकिकबुद्ध्या या सा सद्बुद्ध्या न विद्यते ॥ ९ ॥

No memory (smṛti) of any kind ever truly occurs. That which is perceived by ordinary worldly understanding (buddhi) does not exist from the perspective of true understanding.
