स्मृतिर्न संभवत्येव तस्मादाद्या प्रजापतेः ।
आकारवत्त्वमेवास्य शुद्धज्ञानात्मनः कुतः ॥ १५ ॥

Therefore, memory (smṛti) is certainly not possible for the primordial power (ādyā) associated with the creator (prajāpati). From where, then, can form (ākāravattvam) arise for this pure consciousness (ātman) itself?
