योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-109, verse-20

रक्षांस्यप्यविनीतानि बद्धानि निगडैर्घनैः ।
धर्मार्थकामैरन्योन्यं चयापचयवर्जितैः ॥ २० ॥
