योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-19, verse-32

असंख्यपुत्रयोर्नैव भवानेव सुतस्तयोः ।
सरित्तरङ्गवत्पुत्र गताः पुत्रगणा नृणाम् ॥ ३२ ॥
asaṃkhyaputrayornaiva bhavāneva sutastayoḥ ,
sarittaraṅgavatputra gatāḥ putragaṇā nṛṇām 32
32. asaṃkhyaputrayoḥ na eva bhavān eva sutaḥ tayoḥ
sarittaraṅgavat putra gatāḥ putragaṇā nṛṇām
32. asaṃkhyaputrayoḥ tayoḥ bhavān eva sutaḥ na eva.

32. You are not indeed the (sole) son of those two who have innumerable sons. My son, the hosts of sons of men have passed away, just like waves of a river.
