भिक्षुको मङ्गलेभेन नृपो यत्क्रियते बलात् ।

11. The great power of the effort (prayatna) of ministers, elephants, and citizens is evident in whatever a king or even a beggar might forcefully accomplish with a ceremonial elephant.
