वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-7, verse-6

राक्षसेन्द्रा गिरिनिभाः शरशक्त्यृष्टितोमरैः ।
निरुच्छ्वासं हरिं चक्रुः प्राणायाम इव द्विजम् ॥६॥
6. rākṣasendrā girinibhāḥ śaraśaktyṛṣṭitomaraiḥ ,
nirucchvāsaṃ hariṃ cakruḥ prāṇāyāma iva dvijam.
