वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-7, verse-15

व्रणैर्व्रणकरारीणामधोक्षजशरोद्भवैः ।
असृक्क्षरन्ति धाराभिः स्वर्णधारामिवाचलाः ॥१५॥
15. vraṇairvraṇakarārīṇāmadhokṣajaśarodbhavaiḥ ,
asṛkkṣaranti dhārābhiḥ svarṇadhārāmivācalāḥ.

15. From the wounds inflicted by the arrows of (Viṣṇu) Adhokṣaja, the immovable ones (demons)—who were themselves fierce wound-inflicting enemies—gushed forth streams of blood, resembling golden streams.
