भ्रमत्याविद्धमखिलं ब्रह्माण्डं सचराचरम् ।
त्वदंशुभिरिदं स्पृष्टं सर्वं सञ्जायते शुचि ॥९॥

9. bhramatyāviddhamakhilaṃ brahmāṇḍaṃ sacarācaram .
tvadaṃśubhiridaṃ spṛṣṭaṃ sarvaṃ sañjāyate śuci.

bhramati āviddham akhilam brahmāṇḍam sacarācaram
| tvat aṃśubhiḥ idam spṛṣṭam sarvam sañjāyatē śuci

The entire universe (brahmāṇḍa), with its mobile and immobile beings, revolves, being agitated. When this all is touched by Your rays, it becomes pure.
