मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-78, verse-1

मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
ततस्तं तुष्टुवुर्देवास्तथा देवर्षयो रविम् ।
वाग्भिरोड्यमशेषस्य त्रैलोक्यस्य समागताः ॥१॥
1. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca .
tatastaṃ tuṣṭuvurdevāstathā devarṣayo ravim .
vāgbhiroḍyamaśeṣasya trailokyasya samāgatāḥ.
1. mārkaṇḍeyaḥ uvāca tataḥ tam tuṣṭuvuḥ devāḥ tathā devarṣayaḥ
ravim vāgbhiḥ īḍyam aśeṣasya trailokyasya samāgatāḥ
1. Mārkaṇḍeya said: Then, having assembled, the gods and the divine sages praised the Sun (ravi) with words, for he is adorable by all of the three worlds.
