शिष्यो भूत्वा समाधिस्थो दत्त्वा देयं गुरोरपि ॥५॥

This charming and excellent hymn should be listened to by people with faith (śraddhā). Having become a disciple, one should, while absorbed in meditation (samādhi), also give the due offering to the teacher (guru).
