मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-78, verse-7

नमः सूर्यस्वरूपाय प्रकाशात्मस्वरूपिणे ।
भास्कराय नमस्तुभ्यं तथा दिनकृते नमः ॥७॥
7. namaḥ sūryasvarūpāya prakāśātmasvarūpiṇe .
bhāskarāya namastubhyaṃ tathā dinakṛte namaḥ.

7. Salutations to the one whose form is the Sun, whose essence is the Self (ātman) of light. Salutations to you, O Bhaskara, and likewise, salutations to the creator of the day.
