भास्कराय नमस्तुभ्यं तथा दिनकृते नमः ॥७॥

Salutations to the one whose form is the Sun, whose essence is the Self (ātman) of light. Salutations to you, O Bhaskara, and likewise, salutations to the creator of the day.
