मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-78, verse-27

ततः पूर्वसुतो योऽस्याः सोऽभूद्वैवस्वतो मनुः ।
द्वितीयश्च यमः शापाद्धर्मदृष्टिरभूत् सुतः ॥२७॥
27. tataḥ pūrvasuto yo'syāḥ so'bhūdvaivasvato manuḥ .
dvitīyaśca yamaḥ śāpāddharmadṛṣṭirabhūt sutaḥ.
27. tataḥ pūrvasutaḥ yaḥ asyāḥ saḥ abhūt vaivasvataḥ
manuḥ dvitīyaḥ ca yamaḥ śāpāt dharmadṛṣṭiḥ abhūt sutaḥ
27. Then, her first son became Vaivasvata Manu. And the second son, Yama, became righteous in judgment (dharmadṛṣṭi) because of a curse.
