मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-6, verse-23

क्रमेणेत्थं वनं शौरिर्वोक्षमाणो मनोरमम् ।
जगामानुगतः स्त्रीभिर्लतागृहमनुत्तमम् ॥२३॥
23. krameṇetthaṃ vanaṃ śaurirvokṣamāṇo manoramam .
jagāmānugataḥ strībhirlatāgṛhamanuttamam.
23. krameṇa ittham vanam śauriḥ vokṣamāṇaḥ manoramam
| jagāma anugataḥ strībhiḥ latāgṛham anuttamam
23. In this manner, Śauri (Krishna), while successively observing the delightful forest, proceeded, accompanied by women, to an excellent vine-bower.
