मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
एतस्मिन्नन्तरे प्राप्तो गन्धर्वतनयो मुने ।
वराप्सरोभिः सहितो गन्धर्वैरपरैर्वृतः ॥६॥

etasminnantare prāpto gandharvatanayo mune .

Mārkaṇḍeya said: 'O sage, meanwhile, the son of a gandharva arrived, accompanied by excellent celestial nymphs (apsarases) and surrounded by other gandharvas.'
