मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-124, verse-2

प्रत्युवाच स तां कन्यामविक्षिन्नृपतेः सुतः ।
सानुरागमनाः कन्यां त्यक्तभोगां च तत्कृते ॥२॥
2. pratyuvāca sa tāṃ kanyāmavikṣinnṛpateḥ sutaḥ .
sānurāgamanāḥ kanyāṃ tyaktabhogāṃ ca tatkṛte.

sānurāgamanāḥ kanyām tyaktabhogām ca tatkṛte
2. The undiminished son of the king replied to that maiden. And with an affectionate mind, he spoke to the maiden who had forsaken pleasures for his sake.
