मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-12, verse-6

तस्यां बद्धः कराभ्याञ्च पद्भ्याञ्चैव यमानुगैः ।
मुच्यते पापकृन्मध्ये लुठमानः स गच्छति ॥६॥
6. tasyāṃ baddhaḥ karābhyāñca padbhyāñcaiva yamānugaiḥ .
mucyate pāpakṛnmadhye luṭhamānaḥ sa gacchati.
6. tasyām baddhaḥ karābhyām ca padbhyām ca eva yamānugaiḥ
mucyate pāpakṛt madhye luṭhamānaḥ saḥ gacchati
6. In that [realm], the sinner is bound by his hands and feet by Yama's attendants. He is then released, and rolling about in the middle, he proceeds.
