मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-12, verse-23

भ्राम्यन्ते मानवा रक्तमुदिगरन्तः पुनः पुनः ।
अस्त्रैर्मुखविनिष्क्रान्तैः नेत्रैरश्रुविलम्बिभिः ॥२३॥
23. bhrāmyante mānavā raktamudigarantaḥ punaḥ punaḥ .

23. Human beings are made to wander, repeatedly vomiting blood. (This happens) with weapons (astra) spewing from their mouths and with tears dripping from their eyes.
