ततः समागमो घोरो बभूव सहसा तयोः ।
यथा देवासुरे युद्धे वृत्रवासवयोरभूत् ॥३६॥

36. Then, suddenly, a fierce encounter occurred between those two, just as it had between Vṛtra and Vāsava (Indra) in the war of the gods and asuras (devasura yuddha).
