महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-66, verse-8

एतावदुक्त्वा तं द्रोणः शरव्रातैरवाकिरत् ।
सरथाश्वध्वजं तीक्ष्णैः प्रहसन्वै ससारथिम् ॥८॥
8. etāvaduktvā taṁ droṇaḥ śaravrātairavākirat ,
sarathāśvadhvajaṁ tīkṣṇaiḥ prahasanvai sasārathim.

sarathāśvadhvajam tīkṣṇaiḥ prahasan vai sasārathim

8. Having spoken thus, Drona, indeed laughing, showered him (Arjuna) with sharp volleys of arrows, encompassing his chariot, horses, banner, and charioteer.
