महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-17, verse-8

इदं वः क्षत्रिया द्वारं स्वर्गायापावृतं महत् ।
गच्छध्वं तेन शक्रस्य ब्रह्मणश्च सलोकताम् ॥८॥
8. idaṁ vaḥ kṣatriyā dvāraṁ svargāyāpāvṛtaṁ mahat ,
gacchadhvaṁ tena śakrasya brahmaṇaśca salokatām.
8. idam vaḥ kṣatriyāḥ dvāram svargāya apāvṛtam mahat
| gacchadhvam tena śakrasya brahmaṇaḥ ca salokatām
8. he kṣatriyāḥ,
vaḥ idam mahat dvāram svargāya apāvṛtam.
tena śakrasya brahmaṇaḥ ca salokatām gacchadhvam.
8. O warriors (kṣatriya), this great door to heaven is open for you. Go through it and attain the same world as Indra (Śakra) and Brahma.
