31.
O King, there is truly no one who is a (mere) knower of the Vedas, nor does anyone truly understand the Vedas by superficial means. One who merely knows the Vedic texts does not grasp the ultimate knowable. But he who is established in truth (satya) is the one who truly knows the ultimate knowable.
