27. tato yajñaḥ pratāyeta satyasyaivāvadhāraṇāt ,
manasānyasya bhavati vācānyasyota karmaṇā ,
saṁkalpasiddhaḥ puruṣaḥ saṁkalpānadhitiṣṭhati.

27.
A Vedic ritual (yajña) should then be performed only by a firm grasp of truth. What is conceived by the mind, what is spoken by speech, and what is done by action may differ from person to person. A person (puruṣa) whose firm intention (saṃkalpa) is accomplished effectively masters all intentions.
