महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-146, verse-35

न्यायागतं राज्यमिदं कुरूणां युधिष्ठिरः शास्तु वै धर्मपुत्रः ।
प्रचोदितो धृतराष्ट्रेण राज्ञा पुरस्कृतः शांतनवेन चैव ॥३५॥
35. nyāyāgataṁ rājyamidaṁ kurūṇāṁ; yudhiṣṭhiraḥ śāstu vai dharmaputraḥ ,
pracodito dhṛtarāṣṭreṇa rājñā; puraskṛtaḥ śāṁtanavena caiva.
35. nyāyāgatam rājyam idam kurūṇām
yudhiṣṭhiraḥ śāstu vai dharmaputraḥ
pracoditaḥ dhṛtarāṣṭreṇa
rājñā puraskṛtaḥ śāṃtanavena ca eva
35. kurūṇām idam nyāyāgatam rājyam dharmaputraḥ yudhiṣṭhiraḥ vai śāstu.
(saḥ) rājñā dhṛtarāṣṭreṇa pracoditaḥ ca śāṃtanavena eva puraskṛtaḥ (syāt).
35. Let Yudhishthira, the son of Dharma (Yudhishthira), indeed rule this kingdom of the Kurus, which has been acquired righteously. He should be urged by King Dhritarashtra and also honored by the son of Shantanu (Bhishma).
