महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-146, verse-34

अनुज्ञया चाथ महाव्रतस्य ब्रूयान्नृपो यद्विदुरस्तथैव ।
कार्यं भवेत्तत्सुहृद्भिर्नियुज्य धर्मं पुरस्कृत्य सुदीर्घकालम् ॥३४॥
34. anujñayā cātha mahāvratasya; brūyānnṛpo yadvidurastathaiva ,
kāryaṁ bhavettatsuhṛdbhirniyujya; dharmaṁ puraskṛtya sudīrghakālam.
34. anujñayā ca atha mahāvratasya brūyāt
nṛpaḥ yat viduraḥ tathā eva
kāryam bhavet tat suhṛdbhiḥ niyujya
dharmam puraskṛtya sudīrghakālam
34. atha mahāvratasya anujñayā ca viduraḥ yat brūyāt,
nṛpaḥ tathā eva (tat) brūyāt.
tat kāryam dharmam puraskṛtya suhṛdbhiḥ niyujya sudīrghakālam bhavet.
34. And then, whatever Vidura declares with the permission of the great-vowed one (Bhishma), the king should likewise affirm. That task, prioritizing the natural law (dharma), should be diligently carried out by well-wishers and sustained for a very long time.
