नाहं त्वत्तोऽभिकाङ्क्षिष्ये वृत्त्युपायं जनाधिप ।
यतो भीष्मस्ततो द्रोणो यद्भीष्मस्त्वाह तत्कुरु ॥१४॥

14. nāhaṁ tvatto'bhikāṅkṣiṣye vṛttyupāyaṁ janādhipa ,
yato bhīṣmastato droṇo yadbhīṣmastvāha tatkuru.

14. na aham tvattaḥ abhikāṅkṣiṣye vṛttyupāyam janādhipa
yataḥ bhīṣmaḥ tataḥ droṇaḥ yat bhīṣmaḥ tvā āha tat kuru

14. O ruler of the people, I will not expect a means of livelihood from you. Where Bhishma stands, there Drona stands. Do whatever Bhishma tells you.
