महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-146, verse-20

यस्य लोभाभिभूतस्य मतिं समनुवर्तसे ।
अनार्यस्याकृतज्ञस्य लोभोपहतचेतसः ।
अतिक्रामति यः शास्त्रं पितुर्धर्मार्थदर्शिनः ॥२०॥
20. yasya lobhābhibhūtasya matiṁ samanuvartase ,
anāryasyākṛtajñasya lobhopahatacetasaḥ ,
atikrāmati yaḥ śāstraṁ piturdharmārthadarśinaḥ.
20. yasya lobhābhibhūtasya matim
samanuvartase anāryasya akṛtajñasya
lobhopahatacetasaḥ atikrāmati
yaḥ śāstram pituḥ dharmārthadarśinaḥ
20. yasya lobhābhibhūtasya,

20. You follow the advice of one who is overcome by greed, ignoble, ungrateful, and whose mind is corrupted by avarice; one who transgresses the teachings (śāstra) of his father, a man who truly comprehends righteousness (dharma) and purpose (artha).
