महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-160, verse-32

ततः स्वेदः क्लमस्तन्द्री ग्लानिश्च भजते नरान् ।
प्राणिभिः सततं स्वप्नो ह्यभीक्ष्णं च निषेव्यते ॥३२॥
32. tataḥ svedaḥ klamastandrī glāniśca bhajate narān ,
prāṇibhiḥ satataṁ svapno hyabhīkṣṇaṁ ca niṣevyate.

prāṇibhiḥ satatam svapnaḥ hi abhīkṣṇam ca niṣevyate
32. Consequently, sweat, fatigue, languor, and debility afflict people. Indeed, living beings constantly and frequently indulge in sleep.
