महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-160, verse-31

स्थावराणां च भूतानां जङ्गमानां च तेजसा ।
तेजांसि समुपादत्ते निवृत्तः सन्विभावसुः ॥३१॥
31. sthāvarāṇāṁ ca bhūtānāṁ jaṅgamānāṁ ca tejasā ,
tejāṁsi samupādatte nivṛttaḥ sanvibhāvasuḥ.
31. sthāvarāṇām ca bhūtānām jaṅgamānām ca tejasā
tejāṃsi samupādatte nivṛttaḥ san vibhāvasuḥ
31. And, of both stationary and moving beings, the Sun (vibhāvasu), having returned [from his southern course], absorbs their energies with his own splendor.
