महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-72, verse-20

अग्निहोत्राणि सायाह्ने न चाहूयन्त सर्वशः ।
ब्राह्मणाः कुपिताश्चासन्द्रौपद्याः परिकर्षणे ॥२०॥
20. agnihotrāṇi sāyāhne na cāhūyanta sarvaśaḥ ,
brāhmaṇāḥ kupitāścāsandraupadyāḥ parikarṣaṇe.

20. In the evening, the daily fire Vedic rituals (yajña) were not offered at all. The Brahmins, too, were enraged by the dragging and humiliation of Draupadi.
