महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-43, verse-10

द्वारं च विवृताकारं ललाटेन समाहनत् ।
संवृतं चेति मन्वानो द्वारदेशादुपारमत् ॥१०॥
10. dvāraṁ ca vivṛtākāraṁ lalāṭena samāhanat ,
saṁvṛtaṁ ceti manvāno dvāradeśādupāramat.

saṃvṛtam ca iti manvānaḥ dvāradeśāt upāramat
10. He struck the apparently open door with his forehead, and thinking it was closed, he stopped at the doorway.
