महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-55, verse-6

अथ शिष्यसहस्राणि समनुज्ञाय गौतमः ।
उत्तङ्कं परया प्रीत्या नाभ्यनुज्ञातुमैच्छत ॥६॥
6. atha śiṣyasahasrāṇi samanujñāya gautamaḥ ,
uttaṅkaṁ parayā prītyā nābhyanujñātumaicchata.
