महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-48, verse-40

अनार्यत्वमनाचारः क्रूरत्वं निष्क्रियात्मता ।
पुरुषं व्यञ्जयन्तीह लोके कलुषयोनिजम् ॥४०॥
40. anāryatvamanācāraḥ krūratvaṁ niṣkriyātmatā ,
puruṣaṁ vyañjayantīha loke kaluṣayonijam.
