39.
He is Dhātā and Vidhātā; he is Viśvakarmā, the all-knower. He is the constellations, the directions, the intermediate directions, and the planets. He is the universe-bodied, the one whose essence (ātman) is immeasurable, the glorious one (bhagavān), and the one of immeasurable splendor.
