ततोऽगस्त्यः कृपाविष्टः प्रासादयत तं भृगुम् ।
शापान्तार्थं महाराज स च प्रादात्कृपान्वितः ॥२६॥

26. tato'gastyaḥ kṛpāviṣṭaḥ prāsādayata taṁ bhṛgum ,
śāpāntārthaṁ mahārāja sa ca prādātkṛpānvitaḥ.

26. Then, O great king, Agastya, filled with compassion, propitiated Bhrigu for the cessation of the curse, and Bhrigu, also compassionate, granted his request.
