महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-103, verse-31

ततः शक्रं समानाय्य देवानाह पितामहः ।
वरदानान्मम सुरा नहुषो राज्यमाप्तवान् ।
स चागस्त्येन क्रुद्धेन भ्रंशितो भूतलं गतः ॥३१॥
31. tataḥ śakraṁ samānāyya devānāha pitāmahaḥ ,
varadānānmama surā nahuṣo rājyamāptavān ,
sa cāgastyena kruddhena bhraṁśito bhūtalaṁ gataḥ.

pitāmahaḥ varadānāt mama surāḥ nahuṣaḥ
rājyam āptavān saḥ ca agastyena

31. Then, having summoned Indra, Brahmā said to the gods, "O gods, because of the boon granted by me, Nahuṣa obtained the kingdom. And he, enraged by Agastya, was made to fall and went to the mortal world."
