महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-103, verse-20

न चुकोप स धर्मात्मा ततः पादेन देवराट् ।
अगस्त्यस्य तदा क्रुद्धो वामेनाभ्यहनच्छिरः ॥२०॥

20. na cukopa sa dharmātmā tataḥ pādena devarāṭ ,
agastyasya tadā kruddho vāmenābhyahanacchiraḥ.

20. The righteous (dharma) Agastya did not get angry. Thereupon, the king of gods (Nahuṣa), enraged, struck Agastya's head with his left foot.
