महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-181, verse-25

तत्राश्चर्यं भीमसेनश्चकार पुरुषर्षभः ।
यच्छल्यं पतितं भूमौ नाहनद्बलिनं बली ॥२५॥
25. tatrāścaryaṁ bhīmasenaścakāra puruṣarṣabhaḥ ,
yacchalyaṁ patitaṁ bhūmau nāhanadbalinaṁ balī.
25. tatra āścaryam bhīmasenaḥ ca cakāra puruṣarṣabhaḥ
yat śalyam patitam bhūmau na ahanat balinam balī
25. There, Bhimasena, that bull among men, did a wondrous thing: he, though strong, did not strike the mighty Shalya who had fallen to the ground.
