योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-42, verse-27

स्वप्ने जाग्रत्यनग्रस्थोऽप्यसन्नेवास्तिभावनात् ।
भावनोपशमं कृत्वा शिलीभूय यथास्थितम् ॥ २७ ॥
svapne jāgratyanagrastho'pyasannevāstibhāvanāt ,
bhāvanopaśamaṃ kṛtvā śilībhūya yathāsthitam 27
27. svapne jāgrati anagrasthaḥ api asan eva asti bhāvanāt
| bhāvanā upaśamam kṛtvā śilībhūya yathāsthitam ||
