योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-113, verse-6

स्वयमस्त्राणि शान्तानि कृतकृत्यान्यथाम्बरे ।
ज्वालाजालानि वह्नीनां दाह्यस्यासंभवादिव ॥ ६ ॥
svayamastrāṇi śāntāni kṛtakṛtyānyathāmbare ,
jvālājālāni vahnīnāṃ dāhyasyāsaṃbhavādiva 6
6. svayam astrāṇi śāntāni kṛtakṛtyāni atha ambare
jvālājālāni vahnīnām dāhyasya asaṃbhavāt iva

vahnīnām jvālājālāni dāhyasya asaṃbhavāt iva
6. The weapons themselves became pacified and their purpose fulfilled in the sky, just as masses of flames from fires subside due to the absence of anything left to burn.
