योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-113, verse-2

सर्वशक्तिमयैकेन चेतनेनेश्वरेण ते ।
प्रहिता दिग्जयं चक्रुः सर्व एव समाशयाः ॥ २ ॥

2. Dispatched by the one conscious Lord (īśvara), who is endowed with all power, they all, being of one mind, accomplished the conquest of all directions.
